THURSDAY FALL TREKKERS Group (10-week series)

Dates: 

• Every Thursday, September 12 - November 21st
• No group on 10/31
• Extra make up sessions: 12/5 and 12/12 (make up sessions only used if full group is canceled due to therapist illness or air quality cancellations) 

Where: Glen Canyon Park, San Francisco

Time: 3:45-5:15 pm on Thursdays

What's Included

• 15 min intake call (optional)
• Review of intake paperwork and previous reports
• Collaborative goal setting
• Individualized weekly videos sharing how your kiddo did that week
• Weekly group debrief via Google Classroom 
• 30 minute Zoom call with the lead therapist of your group anytime during group
• Ten 90-minute sessions of fun skill-building in the great outdoors

Price: $1,297

A current (less than 12 months) OT evaluation is required to participate in group. If you don't have one, we will complete an abbreviated evaluation for an additional $300. You may register for group and then complete the evaluation after registration. 

Requirements:

• You must attend all 10 sessions in the series - no partial enrollment/participation permitted 
• You must arrive on time to group - late drop offs are not allowed 
• Any missed sessions for travel, sickness, etc will not be refunded
• Your child must be able to be safe with themselves, others and property/environment in a 3:1 child to adult ratio in a dynamic outdoor environment. Your child must be safe given that the adults are always in the vicinty but not always within arm's reach 
• If your child needs additional support to be safe, you are welcome to send your child with a 1:1 aide to help them be successful in the group environment!
• If your child uses physical behavior towards self or others when they are dysregulated, our group programming (with the 3:1 ratio) is not a good match at this time. Please contact us about 1:1 therapy!
