Please note: When registration opens, the second a family puts a ticket in their cart, it becomes unavailable. So if you are trying to buy a ticket at 7:01, there might already be people who clicked faster and it will appear the event is sold out. Each family has 7 minutes to confirm their purchase, so keep refreshing, take a deep breath, and "buy" a free waitlist ticket while you wait. We wish we could accommodate everyone, but part of the magic of our groups is the small size.
